Every person in your organization belongs to a department. We've pre-filled common ones — add, remove, or rename as needed.
Select the modules your organization needs. You can change this later in Organization Settings.
Manage plays, rehearsals, cast, creative teams, and script breakdown.
Shared scheduling, resource booking, and feed management across modules.
Rooms, equipment, and people availability for bookings.
Department channels and production-scoped messaging.
Education programs, student rosters, session planning, and grading.
Box office, seat maps, and audience management.
Select at least one module.
Add people and assign them to departments. Everyone needs a department in Ensembly.
When you create a new production, these phases and event types will be auto-loaded. You can customize them per production later.
